Frequently asked questions.
-
At Movement Revolution, we prioritize personalized, one-on-one care and long-term results. Unlike high-volume clinics, our model allows us to focus entirely on your goals— whether you're recovering from injury, improving performance, or building sustainable fitness.
-
We are out-of-network with insurance companies. This allows us to provide uncompromised, high-quality care without the limitations imposed by insurance. However, we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
-
Insurance often limits the quality and frequency of care. Our self-pay model allows us to deliver longer sessions, full attention from your therapist, and a plan tailored to your specific needs—without shortcuts or red tape. You get better results in fewer visits.

Not necessarily—and in many cases, it’s actually more cost-effective than using insurance. With rising copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs, many patients end up paying hundreds (or thousands) for frequent in-network sessions with limited individual attention and guidance. At Movement Revolution, we take a different approach:
1-on-1 sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
Fewer total visits needed due to focused, customized care
Valuable discussion and education leading to sustainable self-management.
When you factor in the time, money, and frustration saved, our model often leads to faster results and lower overall cost.
